Shkoder Cat Cafe & Adoption Center by Spaying it Forward is a unique oasis for cat lovers, animal advocates, orphan kittens, and disabled and formerly homeless cats.

Located in the heart of Shkoder, the cafe is an inviting atmosphere where you can mingle with the cats, sip on a beverage, and meet locals and travelers. Plan your visit.

Prior to starting this cafe, Spaying it Forward and its few diehard Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) supporters had privately funded the neutering surgeries of 5500+ cats and dogs around the world. Of those, 3000+ cats and 550+ dogs were in Shkoder.
